C7+9 = C7 augmented 9th = C  E  G  Bb  D#

(This chord occurs very briefly in the Rutles version, and doesn't 
 have to be played).


 ****At the end of the Rutles version, there is a very slight hint
     of a C9 chord. However, it is only slight, and since C7 is the
     dominant sound, it can still be played.


*****F# couled be played instead of F#dim, or the entire chord 
     could be omitted altogether.
