  C G
Nancy ... *****[Ending notes - see below]

NB:
*A possible easy fingering for the chords in the introduction
and interlude is given in the tablature below.

        G Gsus 2 G Gmaj7 G
               (+A) (+F#)

E-------3------5---------3---------2---------3------------------
B-------0------0---------0---------0---------0------------------
G-------0------0---------0---------0---------0------------------
D-------0------0---------0---------0---------0------------------
A-------2------2---------2---------2---------2------------------
E-------3------3---------3---------3---------3------------------

(Chords are shown above tab).

+++Letters in parentheses indicate the extra note that is added to
the basic G chord to change the sound. A standard fingering of
Gmaj7 can be played instead of the one shown above (this one is
shown as above to emphasise that the chord progression is really
just a G chord with a single changing note each time).

Note that the extra notes added to the G chord are more
appropriate for piano accompaniment, and it can sound unusual
if played on guitar. Playing a G chord on it's own probably works
better for this, if playing on a guitar.

An alternative fingering for Gsus2 is given below (see tab)

        Gsus2

E-------3---------
B-------0---------
G-------2---------
D-------0---------
A-------2---------
E-------3---------

Gsus2 = G chord with second note (A) added = G  B  D  A

**Suggested fingerings for the chords indicated by ** are given
in the the tablature below. These chords are brief passing
chords, and hence can be omitted.

        C-5 Csus2 Ebsus2

E-------X-----------0---------6---------------------
B-------5-----------3---------6---------------------
G-------5-----------0---------8---------------------
D-------4-----------2---------8---------------------
A-------3-----------3---------6---------------------
E-------X----------(3)-------(6)--------------------

-X indicates a note not to be played.
-numbers in parentheses indicate extra notes that aren't absolutely
necessary, but can be played if desired.

C-5 = C diminished fifth = C E Gb
Csus2  =  C chord with second note (D) added = C  E  G  D
Ebsus2 =  Eb chord with second note (F) added = Eb  Bb  F  G

+++Note that some of these chords indicated are more appropriate for
piano accompaniment, and can sound unusual if played on guitar.

***Notes indicated such as C/B etc indicate the chord to be
played, followed by the accompanying bass note (in the case
of C/B, a C chord is played with a B bass note). These extra
bass notes don't have to be played, and the chord can be
played on it's own (in this case, just a C chord.). Note that
the D/C chord can also be played as a D7 chord.

****The Bb chord indicated here can be substituted by a Gm or Gm/Bb
chord instead if desired (not applicable for the other Bb
      chords used throughout the song).

*****The ending piano notes are given in the tablature below (these
      notes are unaccompanied).

E-----10---8---7---7---6---7---7------
B-------------------------------------
G-------------------------------------
D-------------------------------------
A-------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------

******Note that since this transcription was done using the live
recording (from the "Real Neil Audio" section of the website),
the tuning may be slightly out, and you may need to retune your
instrument accordingly if playing along with the recording.
