Sadly another of Neil’s great friends, Brian Patten, died this year.

Brian was a member of Grimms, a great friend and one of Neil’s two favourite poets.

He also supplied the line ‘and Dip My Brain in Joy’  for Neil’s song ‘How Sweet to be an Idiot’, 

and he was kind enough to lend it to me for the title of my book.

Nice to think of them performing together along the Milky Way.
